Lifestyle host Amina Shelbaya launched the “IN” program at the Rock Gold Mall, sponsored by El Batal Developments, Invest-Gate reports.
The 12-episode series airs weekly on Rock Gold and Shelbaya’s social media channels. It features figures including Nourhan Qandil, Farida Temraza, and Dina Maghauri discussing health, sports, psychology, and aesthetics.
Located in New Cairo’s Golden Square, the 11,000 sqm Rock Gold Mall provides a shopping experience for women encompassing gold, beauty, fashion, cafes, restaurants, a children’s area, and a gym.
El Batal, one of Egypt’s earliest developers to expand outside Egypt into Canada, developed Rock Gold and other Egyptian projects such as Rock Eden and Rock Ville over four decades.
Rock Gold will offer beauty, fashion, and gold recommendations at the end of each program. The mall satisfies the needs of mothers near the the American University in Cairo campus and New Cairo.
Rock Gold represents Cairo’s first integrated gold, elegance, and beauty retail destination as it houses famous brands and services. The launch establishes it as a hub for women’s lifestyle programming tied to the consumer environment.

El Batal Developments announced a contract with “TKE”, one of the largest leading companie, to supply elevators and escalators for two projects: Rock Capital 1 in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), and Rock Gold Mall in the 5th Settlement for achieving the highest quality rates.

Emad Doss, El Batal Developments’ CEO and managing director, stated that the cooperation with “TKE” came according to its possession of a competitive advantage by using advanced digital solutions، and the pursuit of the highest levels of quality and sustainability، through which it offers solutions for preserving building spaces without wasting, reducing queue time, providing advanced technologies in safety and maintenance.
“TKE” has worked on several projects in Egypt, like Cairo International Airport, Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport, Hurghada International Airport, the National Bank of Egypt, the National Museum of Civilization and the Children’s Cancer Hospital 57357 as well as Hilton Heliopolis and Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski hotels.
Eng. Emad Doss indicated that El Batal Developments has succeeded in achieving the highest implementation rates for its projects، especially the two projects: Rock Capital 1 in the New Administrative Capital and Rock Gold Mall in the 5th Settlement، noting that quality and seriousness are the main features of the company for more than 40 years.

El Batal Developments concluded the activities of its self-organized exposition “Rock Compounds Expo”, held at Helnan Dreamland Hotel from 18th to 19th December, and at Dusit New Cairo Hotel on 25th December. The group’s pioneering experience in offering real-estate financed units within the initiative of the Central Bank resulted in achieving contract reservations exceeding EGP 150 million by the end of the exposition.

The company now offers interest rates of 3% and 8%
Within the initiative of the Central Bank, El Batal Developments and QNB Al Ahli Bank signed a cooperation protocol for real-estate financing at interest rates of 3% and 8% for the company’s projects “Rock Eden Compound in 6th of October and Rock Vera Compound in 5th Settlement.”

The signing was attended by Eng. Emad Doss, CEO and Managing Director of El Batal Developments, and Mr. Mohamed Badir, CEO of QNB Al Ahli Bank.

In line with the State’s strategy for real-estate financing at low interest rates to secure proper housing for all segments of society, signing the cooperation protocol marks the start of El Batal Developments’ implementation of the Central Bank initiative of real-estate financing at 3% and 8% interest rates. The protocol asserts the effective role El Batal Developments plays in facilitating and providing distinguished services to its customers and a better life for citizens.
